The language switcher in the header used to change some of the page and not the rest — an English visitor could be shown « Mentions légales » in the footer while a French one saw "Privacy Policy". That is fixed at the root: every label, heading, button and error message goes through one translation layer, in all three languages, and a check in our build refuses any change that leaves a language behind.
What is translated today. The public site, the sign-up and sign-in pages, the billing and payment pages, the account settings, the shell around the studios, and the Voice, Music and Flow Builder studios themselves — including the messages that tell you what just happened when something goes wrong, which are the ones that matter most.
What is deliberately not. The legal documents — CGV, CGU, privacy policy, mentions légales — and your invoices are published in French, the language of the contract. The site says so wherever it links to them.
A note on the translations: the French and Arabic strings for the studios were produced by machine and are being reviewed by people who speak the languages. If you see one that reads wrong, tell us — it is a one-line fix and we would rather hear about it than have you work around it.
